Job Description:
Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
Start Date: As Soon As Possible
Number of Openings: 1
Hours of work: 30~ 40 hours per week
Wage: $26.44 per hour
Benefit: 4% vacation pay or 10 days paid vacation

Job Duties:
· Maintain an inventory and check revenues and modify prices and costs.
· Plan and organize the operations of the restaurant, hall, and kitchen.
· Train staff, assign job duties and make sure that they are able to follow their duties.
· Assign employees’ work schedules and monitor their performance.
· Deal with customers’ complaints and solve problems.
· Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and meet the standard.
· Negotiate arrangements with food suppliers.

Job Requirements
· Education: Completion of Secondary School
· Experience:
· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience OR
completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management
is required.
