Job Duties:

·         Interact with clients to resolve inquiries in a friendly, service-oriented manner;

·         Prepare and cook individual dishes and meals;

·         Manage kitchen operations;

·         Ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures;

·         Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers;

·         Oversee kitchen operations;

·         Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment;

·         Train kitchen staff;

·         Store food in designated areas following all food safety and sanitation procedures;

·         Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils.

·         Clean workstation thoroughly prior to leaving area.

·         Keep display equipment clean during meal service to comply with all sanitation and safety requirements.

 

Working Conditions:

·         Must be available to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.

·         Occasionally required to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

·         Frequent bending, standing and walking for extended periods required.
