Overview

Takoyaki Enterprises Ltd. (dba Shiro and Toshi Sushi) is seeking two Cooks to join the team.

Permanent, full-time; $18.00 per hour; 30-40 hours per week. Plus extended health and dental benefits, and bonus depending on sales performance.

Standard 6-8 hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 10:00am and 10:30pm as required.

Locations:

Shifts may be scheduled at either location, as needed:

Shiro Japanese Restaurant – 3096 Cambie Street, Vancouver, B.C. V5Z 2V9

OR

Toshi Sushi – 181 E 16th Avenue Vancouver, B.C. V5T 3B4

Duties:
– Prepare ingredients;
– Prepare sushi and other Japanese food items (everything on the menu);
– Supervise kitchen staff.

Qualifications:
– Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a commercial cook;
– English language ability required;
– Japanese language ability is an asset.
