Tamaru Shoten Marketing Corp (dba Rajio) is seeking a Head Cook to join our team at our location at 3763 W 10th Ave in Vancouver.

Permanent, full-time; 30-40 hours per week; $21.75 per hour. You will be entitled to a bonus based on sales performance and extended medical and dental benefits after completion of 3 months of probation period.

For this position, the shifts will be standard 6-8 hours.

Duties:
– Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness;
– Maintain the inventory of ingredients and foodstuffs;
– Supervise kitchen staff;
– Cooking everything on the menu.

Qualifications:
– Minimum 3 year of previous experience as a commercial cook.
– English language ability is required.
– Japanese language ability is an asset.
