Tandoori Cook

 

Tandoori Grill on Hill located at 201- 4368 Main Street, Whistler, BC requires a full time Tandoori Cook to join its team as soon as possible. We will assist in finding suitable accommodation nearby.

 

Main Duties:

Prepare both veg and non-veg tandoori dishes as per restaurant menu.
Prepare tandoori naan in clay oven.
Supervise kitchen staff to prepare marination and other sauces.
Responsible for making sure that food quality is as per required standards.
Make sure kitchen is clean and sanitized as per by laws.
May hire and Train kitchen staff when required.
Maintain inventory records of food and other supplies.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Experience:

No formal education is required
2 years of experience in cooking
Or
Certificate or diploma in cooking with 1 year of experience
Salary: $16.25/hr for 40/hrs per week.
