Tanlu Grill Ltd in Richmond, BC, is looking for a Full-time position for Restaurant Manager, to assist in running our growing firm and could join immediately.
Location: 4777 McClelland Rd suite 1430, Richmond, BC, V6X 0M5
Positions Available: 1 (One)
Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.
Compensation: 34.62 hourly
Work hours: 30 hours/week
Terms: Full-Time

Job duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of restaurants, bars, cafeterias, or other food and beverage service establishments to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
Define and implement the range of services offered, establishing operational procedures to deliver a consistent and positive customer experience.
Lead the recruitment process, selecting qualified candidates and coordinating comprehensive training programs to prepare staff for their roles.
Develop and manage employee work schedules, while monitoring individual and team performance to maintain productivity and service standards.
Supervise inventory control, track revenue streams, and adjust operational procedures and pricing strategies as needed to optimize profitability.
Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring all interactions reflect the establishment’s commitment to satisfaction and service excellence.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.
Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate and arrange the procurement of food, beverages, and other necessary supplies at competitive rates.
Collaborate with clients to arrange catering services or to facilitate the use of the venue for events such as banquets, receptions, or private functions.
Skill Requirements:
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
