Assistant Restaurant Manager

Tasty Chicken Land Inc dba KFC/TACO BELL located at 27012 Fraser Hwy, Aldergrove BC, V4W 3L6 is looking for a  Assistant Restaurant Manager to join its team as soon as possible:

Job Duties:

•       Plan, organize, direct and control services offered at restaurant

•       Manage restaurant operations.

•       Recruit staff provide training and oversee their daily work duties.

•       Prepare staff schedule and monitor staff performance.

•       Resolve any customer complaints and ensure health and safety rules are followed.

•       Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and cash flow

•       Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise from different wholesalers

•       Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

•       Implement company’s policies and safety standards

Salary: $28.85/Hour for 35 hours a week and over time after 40 Hour/week

Job Requirements:
-Completion of Secondary School is required
-Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food management with at least 1 year of experience
OR
at least 2 years of experience in food service sector
