Job position: Retail Store Supervisor
Job type: Full time – Permanent (35-40 hours/week)
Salary/wages: $22/hour

Language requirement: English
Education requirement: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of sales experience in a similar role.

Job duties and responsibilities:
*Supervise and co-ordinate sales associates and other staff during the shift.
*Assign job duties and provide job related instructions to the store staff.
*Sell/Promote the products of bell mobility
*Prepare work schedules for the store staff.
*Maintain, manage and keep record of cellphone & accessories inventory.
*Prepare appropriate and meaningful reports on sales volume, business inventory, product returns and provide feedback to the management.
*Look into and resolve customer complaints, feedback and requests.
*Sell merchandise in store and authorize return of merchandise, when required.
*Perform other duties and relevant tasks as and when assigned by the management.
