As a project administrative officer, you will oversee all parts of the program, including kick-off, planning, execution, controls, and closing. The ideal applicant will be passionate about people, processes, and change management. Excellent communication skills are necessary to guarantee that deliverables are on time, on budget, and of high quality. In this job, you will be one of our primary issue solvers, gathering input and developing effective action plans. We’re searching for people who can wear numerous hats, think big, and are willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
Here’s how
Overseeing and coordinating office operations, as well as reviewing, evaluating, and implementing new processes
Develop work priorities, assign tasks to office employees and monitor that deadlines have been accomplished and protocols are followed.
Plan and coordinate office services such as accommodations, relocations, tools, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security.
Perform analysis and supervision of the administration operations relating to budget, procurement and project planning and management processes.
Provide assistance with establishing an operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
Compile data, draw up regular and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
Motivate and inspire yourself and your colleagues to attain high levels of performance, teamwork, and timely recognition.
Qualifications
You’re the missing puzzle component
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate with two years of experience Or Diploma in Business with one year of experience.
A systematic approach to problem-solving and the perseverance to overcome obstacles.
Excellent teamwork abilities and the capacity to operate both individually and together.
Highly imaginative with a talent for creating concise and comprehensible messages, whether through GSuite Tools, Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint, Word, or live presentations.
Lead ongoing tool and process improvements while utilizing technology to streamline our delivery.
