You will perform the following work responsibilities:

1. Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
2. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
3. Delegate work to office support staff
4. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
5. Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
6. Carry out day to day administrative activities of establishment
7. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
8. Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as equipment, supplies, disposal of assets, maintenance and security services
