Job Title: Business Development Executive
Wage: $45.00 Hourly
Job Type: Full-time & permanent (30-40 hours per week)

Education: Bachelors degree in economics, commerce, business administration or public administration

– Evaluate business growth opportunities, develop business proposals for existing and new clients and engage with leadership team to implement business development strategies to secure, retain, and grow company’s business
– Build positive business relationships with current and potential clients
– Answer queries of potential clients and follow-up questions received by call or e-mails
– Understand client needs, respond to requests for proposals by current and potential clients and offer appropriate solutions and support
– Design questionnaires for market research and conduct market research online and by cold calling
– Analyze data to assess market trends, research and create strategies to generate leads by making use of online tools such as social media, LinkedIn, Google etc.
– Create informative presentations; present and deliver information to potential clients during client meetings, industry conferences and exhibits
– Meet with representatives of other companies, business associations, government agencies etc. to assess opportunities for business development
– Create and maintain database of prospective clients using our CRM system, may also have to maintain data on a separate excel sheet with prospective client information
– Review feedback received from clients and implement necessary changes
– Brainstorm, innovate and develop concepts for creative marketing campaigns
– Plan and develop company’s brand engagement on social media by conducting online marketing and website promotions
– Analyze budgets, expenses, sales and revenue and provide recommendations to management for business growth
– Analyze client reports, evaluate customer service, prepare meaningful reports and propose ideas for better client dealing
– Set comprehensive goals for performance growth
– Perform full suite of sales and client prospecting activities including pipeline management, sales calls, client site visits, presentations and follow-up activities
– Achieve client satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company’s vision and values
– Perform any other relevant tasks or work responsibilities assigned by the management
