Overview

Tetsu Sushi Bar, an authentic Japanese Cuisine and Sushi Bar, located at Vancouver Downtown West End, is seeking a Cook to join the team.

Permanent, full-time; 30-40 hours per week; $16.75 per hour. Plus bonus available based on sales performance.

Standard 6-8 hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 10:30 am and 11:30 pm as required.

Duties:

– Prepare ingredients;
– Prepare food items (everything on the menu);
– Supervise kitchen staff.

Qualifications:

– Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a commercial cook;
– Japanese language ability is an asset;
– English language ability required.
