Job Duties:
Clean dishes, glassware and flatware
• Clean and sanitize customer areas including floor, tables and chairs
• Clean and sanitize kitchen including floor, work surfaces, cupboards and storage areas,
• Clean and maintain appliances and equipment
• Receive, unpack and store ingredients and supplies
• Prepare and portion ingredients including vegetable, meat and sauces
• Make simple food items and package take-out food
• Take customers’ orders
Salary: $15.50/hour (23.25/hour overtime after 40hours of work)
Tips: Yes
Workhour: 40 hours/week, full-time
Benefit: 4% vacation pay
