PDG EXPRESS MEAL SERVICES, under the umbrella of PDG HOSPITALITY CORPORATION manages the food services in Long-term care facilities and Senior’s home in Edmonton. It is located at 101-10053-111 Street, Edmonton, Alberta T5K 2H8 and are looking for several COOKS.
$16.50 per hour plus medical and dental benefits, 40 hours per week, permanent, full-time.
Completion of secondary education is required. Experience an asset and we will provide training. Ability to communicate in English required.
Job description: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances. Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by Dietician or Chef. Inspect kitchens and food service areas. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food. Clean kitchen and work areas.
Must be willing to take the Food safety certificate.
