Overview

We, Tinkoz Inc., are looking for passionate candidates for the position of full-time Office administrative assistant.

 

Position: Office administrative assistant (NOC 13110)

Vacancies: 2

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30 to 40 hours per week), Morning, Day

Hourly Wage: $28.85-30.00

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Location: 2002 38 St SE Calgary, AB  T2B 0Z6

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

·         Answer and direct phone calls and email enquiries

·         Organize and schedule visits/appointments

·         Plan and confirm meetings

·         Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms

·         Organize and record invoices, bills and/or

·         Prepare and submit regularly scheduled reports

·         Submit and reconcile expense reports

·         Order office supplies and keep the inventory record

·         Maintain office policies and procedures

·         Develop and maintain a filing system

 

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

·         A College diploma or in a related field (OR equivalent experience)

·         1-2 years of proven work experience in a similar role

·         Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Judgement, Team player and Organized

 

Business Equipment and Computer Applications:

Spreadsheet; MS Excel; MS PowerPoint; MS Windows; MS Word; Electronic scheduler; Electronic mail; MS Office; MS Outlook; Adobe, etc.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

Fast-paced environment; Repetitive tasks; Attention to detail
