Top Wok Dim Sum Express is in search of a competent, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team in the role of a Food Service Supervisor. This position will be responsible for overseeing our food service team, ensuring the highest quality service for our customers and upholding cleanliness, safety, and health standards within the facility.

Salary: CAD$20 per hour

Working Hours: 35-40 hours per week

Working Location: Unit 3, 8605 Glenlyon Pkwy, Burnaby, BC, V5J 0H6

Job Responsibilities:

·       Coordinate and supervise food preparation and service activities.

·       Lead and manage a team of food service workers.

·       Handle inventory management and place orders when necessary.

·       Train and schedule staff members to ensure adequate coverage.

·       Maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.

·       Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.

·       Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

·       Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

·       Completion of secondary school.

·       Previous experience within the food service industry; supervisory experience is an asset.

·       Strong team leadership and management skills.

·       Ability to work under pressure and handle a fast-paced work environment
