Overview

Trung Van Tang (dba Wa Skew’R Sushi & Bar ) is seeking a Cook for their Kelowna restaurant.

Permanent, Full-time, (30-40 hours per week), $17.00/hour. 4% pay in lieu of vacation. Bonus based on Sales Performance.

Standard 6-8-hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 9am and 11pm as required.

Duties:

– Prepare ingredients;
– Prepare sushi and other Japanese food items (everything on the menu);
– Supervise kitchen staff

Requirements:

– Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a professional cook;
– Japanese language ability is an asset;
– English language ability is required.
