Overview

TXL Insurance Agency Inc. located at 3151 Main St., Vancouver, BC is looking for an experienced Services Coordination Manager, this position is full time, initially 3-year term.

Then main duties of Services Coordination Manager

• Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures.

• Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.

• Carry out administrative activities associated with reconciliation of accounts payable and receivables for the agency as well keep track of commissions for payroll to producers.

• Updates to policies and procedures for the agency for producers to follow in keeping of records in processing as per insurance guidelines.

• Coordinate with Insurance carriers and plan for office procedures in placing business.

• Conduct analyses and oversee administrative and management of operations related to business trends and markets.

• Inventory and budgetary controls

• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence

Employment requirements

• A university degree or college diploma in business.

• Experience in a senior clerical or executive assistant position related to office administration or exposure to accounts or bookkeeping is preferred.

• Language of work is English, able to communicate in Asian language such as Cantonese, Mandarin or Vietnamese is preferred for the position.

• Has level 2 or level 3 in General Insurance as requirement. Life Insurance license for the province of BC is a plus.

• Proficient in VBA, QuickBooks, Applied Epic and Microsoft Office.

• Well organized and communication and strong in data analysis.

You will work 7 hours per day and 35 hours per week. The wage is $36.80 per hour, with vacation pay and employee health and dental insurance.
