Overview
Valuce Hospitality’s Ltd (dba Sake Dining Hashigo), is looking for a Head Cook to join their team.
Permanent, Full-time, $34.62 per hour; 30-40 hours per week. Bonus based on Sales Performance. Extended Health benefits are optional.
Standard 6-8 hour shifts for this position could be scheduled between 9AM to 2AM as required.

4. 401 W. Broadway, Vancouver, BC
5. 1600 Franklin St., Vancouver, BC
Duties:
· Cook everything on the menu;
· Prepare Yakitori ingredients, ramen ingredients, and other Japanese foods;
· Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness and supervising all food preparation;
· Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food;
· Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff.
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of previous experience as a commercial cook;
· Previous experience with Ramen and Japanese Yakitori cuisine is an asset;
· English language ability is required;
· Japanese language ability is an asset.
