-Provide exceptional customer service to passengers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering information about Vivo Green’s services, routes, and schedules.
-Handle booking requests, reservations, and ticket sales through various communication channels, ensuring accurate information and timely confirmations.
-Listen attentively to customer feedback and concerns, demonstrating empathy and professionalism while finding appropriate solutions to ensure passenger satisfaction.
-Assist passengers in planning their travel itineraries, offering advice on routes, travel times, and connecting services to optimize their journey.
-Perform duties such as data entry, maintaining passenger records, and generating reports related to bookings, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.
-Furnish passengers with up-to-date information on travel conditions, potential delays, weather advisories, and special events that might impact their travel plans.
-Actively promote Vivo Green’s services and special offers to passengers, potentially contributing to increased ridership through effective communication and salesmanship.
-Completion of Secondary School
-Prior experience is an asset
