VRP ENTERPRISES o/a LOVE PIZZA located at 10196-109 Street NW Edmonton, Alberta T5J 1M7 is accepting applications for the position of FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR.
$18.65 PER HOUR, 40 hours per week, permanent, full-time shift hours.
Completion of secondary education is required. 2 to 3 years of work experience in the food service industry is required. Ability to communicate in English is required.
Job description:
Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion the food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Estimate ingredient and supplies required for pizza preparation. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Address customer’s complaints and concerns. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Prepare and submit reports. Prepare food order summaries for the Pizza. cook. Supervise and check assembly of trays.
