Overview

Wabukuro Enterprise Inc. (dba Nin Nin) is seeking a Head Cook for our Vancouver and Richmond locations.

 

Full-time, permanent; $34.62 per hour; 30-40 hours per week. Bonus is available depending on sales performance.

Standard 6-8 hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 9:00am and 7:30pm as required.

 

Shifts could be scheduled at the following two locations:

1.     660 Abbott Street

Vancouver, BC

V6B 0E1

 

2.     8531-3131 Sexsmith Rd.

Richmond, BC

V6X 0A8

 

Duties:

·       Prepare ingredients;

·       Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness;

·       Cook everything on the menu;

·       Prepare bento boxes and other Japanese food items;

·       Supervise kitchen staff;

·       Provide training to new kitchen staff on matters of hygiene, Japanese cuisine techniques, and other matters.

 

Requirements:

·       Minimum 3 years of experience as a commercial cook;

·       English language ability required;

·       Japanese language ability is an asset.
