Position: Cook

Employer: Watson Motor Inn Inc. dba Watson Motor Inn Restaurant

Work Location: 202 Pacific Ave, Watson, SK S0K 4V0

Business Address: Same as above

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time (30-40 hours per week)

Wage: $15.50 per hour

Working Hours: Minimum of 30 hours per week

Benefit: 15 days paid vacation or 5.77% of gross pay for vacation remuneration.

Job duties:

–          Prepare and cook various types of pizza, burgers, sandwiches and etcs.

–          Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes

–          Cook food according to recipes

–          Prepare and make sauces for the meal on the menu

–          Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers

–          Check food stocks and order to maintain food supplies

–          Clean kitchen and work area

–          Manage kitchen operation

 

Requirements:

Education:           Completion of high school

Experience:        Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a cook OR completion of college or other programs

in cooking or food safety is required
