We Are Looking for A Travel Clerk Supervisor in A Busy Travel Agency
Salary/Wage: $27.00/hour, 35 hours per week

Job Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of travel clerks, ensuring all client inquiries are addressed promptly.
• Oversee scheduling, customer bookings, and escalated customer service issues.
• Train staff on travel reservation software (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) and industry best practices.
• Conduct performance evaluations and assist in staff development plans.
• Maintain high standards for client satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry or a related supervisory role.
• Post-secondary education in travel, tourism, or business management is preferred.
• Proven leadership skills, excellent customer service track record, and strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts when needed (including weekends or evenings).
Preference for this position will be given to Canadians, permanent residents, new immigrants, indigenous peoples, vulnerable youth, older workers and people with disabilities with appropriate experience and the ability to speak and read English.
