Position: Food counter attendant (NOC 65201)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30-40 hours per week), Morning, Evening, Night, Weedent, Shift

Hourly Wage: $13.00 to $15.00 per hour

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: 205 Albert St, Regina, SK S4R 2N5

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

·         Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs

·         Take customers’ orders

·         Serve customers at counters

·         Stock refrigerators and salad bars

·         Portion and wrap foods

·         Package take-out food

·         Keep records of the quantities of food used

·         Prepare, heat and finish simple food items

·         Use equipment to prepare hot beverages such as coffee and tea specialties

·         Use a cash register to accept payment and give change when required

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

·         Will train

·         Previous experience/good understanding of fast-food kitchen setting will be an asset

·         Ability to build a good relationship with customers

·         Familiarity with the multi-culture work environment

·         Well organized; client focus; team player

Language:

·         English required

Work conditions:

·         Fast-paced environment; Physically demanding; Standing for extended periods
