Job Title: Restaurant Manager

No of Vacancies: 1

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Weekend, Day, Evening shift.

Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible

Work Address: 7778 152 St, Surrey, British Columbia, V3S 3M4

Wage rate: $26.50 per hour, for 40 hours per week.

Education: High School is required; Diploma in the Hospitality is an asset.

Experience: 2 – 3 years of relevant experience

Languages: English

Ability to supervise: Staff in various area of responsibility.

Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations of the restaurant.
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
• Respond to customer complaints.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Should be customer service oriented.
