Duties and Responsibilities
-Prepare and cook tapioca pearls to the desired texture and consistency for use in bubble teas. Monitor cooking times and maintain a steady supply of freshly cooked pearls throughout the day.
-Wash, peel, and cut various seasonal fruits according to the established guidelines and portion sizes. Ensure the fruits are properly prepared and stored for use in different fruit tea recipes.
-Brew tea leaves to the correct strength and temperature, ensuring consistent quality in every batch. Mix tea bases with fruit purees, syrups, and other ingredients to create the signature fruit tea blends.
-Follow precise recipes and guidelines to assemble fruit teas, including adding the appropriate amount of fruit, tea, and other ingredients. Pay attention to presentation and garnishes to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the beverages.
-Keep track of inventory levels for ingredients such as fruits, tea leaves, tapioca pearls, and syrups.
-Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including blenders, tea brewing equipment, and cutting tools, to meet hygiene standards.
