Wage: $17.62 per hour

Benefit: 4% of gross salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days paid vacation

Hours of work: 30 – 40 hours per week

Job Duties:

– Prepare and cook complete Korean style Chinese Cuisine such as Jiajangmyun, Jjambbong, and etc.

– Maintain inventory and record of food and properly portion all food items before cooking.

– Prep, assemble and cook all food products to Ruran Korean Restaurant guidelines and health code specification.

– Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of kitchen and equipment at all time.

– Supervise activities of kitchen helpers.

Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of High school

Experience: 1-2 years of commercial cooking experience OR completion of college or other programs in cooking or food safety is required.
