Wage: $27.69 per hour, 35-40 hours per week

Positions Available:   6 vacancies

Job Description: Train, supervise, instruct, recruit and monitor staff; Set work schedules and conduct performance reviews; Plan, organize and evaluate daily operations, May develop the budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies; Modify food preparation methods and prices according to the restaurant’s budget; Monitor revenues to determine labour cost; Organize and maintain inventory; Ensure health and safety regulations are followed; May also perform the same duties as workers being supervised

Supervision: Staff in various areas of responsibility

Languages:  English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Standing for extended periods, Work under pressure.
