Number Of Openings: 1

Hours of work: 30 – 40 hours per week

Wage: $20 per hour

Benefit : 4% of vacation pay or 10 days paid vacation per year.

Language : English

 

Job Duties:

– Assign job duties and train staff to sanitize and follow the safety procedures.

– Establish procedures for staff who prepare, portion, and serve food.

– Responsible for keeping stocks and ingredients fresh.

– Receive deliveries, and check delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity.

– Check and order ingredients and supplies required.

– Maintain records of stock, sales, and wastage.

– Maintain food and service quality.

 

Job Requirements:

– Education: Completion of high school

– Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service OR completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel, and restaurant management are required.
