a.      Supervise full time and part time staff, cashiers and food counter attendant so food safety standards are maintained as outlined in Freshii’s operations Manual

b.      Prepare Work Schedules for different produce items and organize

c.      Communicate changes to staff regarding food preparations, new formulas, standards etc

d.      Order merchandise ahead of time

e.      Preparing necessary reports regarding inventory of produce, stores supplies, soft drinks requisition as required

f.       Supervising POS sales for daily closeout sales

g.      May perform key holdings such as opening the stores and closing of cash counters at the end of the day

h.      Developing marketing strategies and signing for deliveries

i.       Responsible to give training of new staff and monitor and report performance

j.       Ensure food safety, product preparation and cleanliness standards are maintained as outlined in the Freshii’s Operations manual

k.      Inspect equipment and storage facilities throughout a shift to ensure that equipment is in proper working order

l.       Inform store manager about any malfunctions to machinery without any delay

m.    Maintain operational standards of restaurant safety and security
