Overview

1297775 B.C. Ltd. dba OPA! of Greece Restaurant located in Westbank (West Kelowna) is looking for 1 Grill Cook to join its team as soon as possible.

Duties:
• Perform required food preparations as per restaurant menu.
• Ensure grill area is ready and supplies are fully stocked.
• Prepare and cook meals on grill for customers.
• Preparation of catering orders
• Ensure strict compliance with Health and Safety program
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, dining area, utensils, and equipment.
• Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs.
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars.
• Keep records of the quantities of food used.
• Perform related duties as required by management.

Salary: $17.00 per hour for 40 hours per week

Requirement:

Secondary School Education required

At least 1 year experience in similar field

Language: English
