Job Description:

– Position: Food service supervisor

– Employer: 1358884 B.C. LTD. dba KRUNCHICKEN

– Work Location: 102- 10931 Barnston View Rd, Pitt Meadows, BC V3Y 0B8

– Business Address: Same as above

– Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time

– Wage: $20.00 per hour

– Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week

– Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

– Language: English

– Vacancy: 1

 

Job Duties:

– Train new employees, assign job duties, and make sure that they follow the safety requirement.

– Oversee and check food assembly before being served to the customers.

– Order ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.

– Keep records of stock, sales such as amount and cost of meals served and wastage.

– Prepare work schedules and evaluate work performance of employees.

– Maintain food and service meet quality control standards.

 

Job Requirements:

– Education: Completion of high school is required.

– Experience: Completion of community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related field OR 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service is required.
