Completion of secondary education is required. 2 to 3 years of work experience in the food service industry is required. Ability to communicate in English is required.
Job description:
Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion the food. Establish methods to meet work schedules. Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies. Ensure food service and quality control. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Supervise and check assembly of trays. Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
