WHAT YOU WILL DO

Prepare,and collect invoices, reports and related materials from all different locations of merchants
Receive and distribute all emails and other machine copies and coordinate the flow of information internally within head office, and with other locations as well.
Scheduling all employee work shifts, and organize meetings with store manager and employer at regular base for store reports
Preparing and submitting purchase orders and expense reports
Answer phone calls to help guild employees or answer customers’ inquires
Performing basic data entry as required with excel, word and other office software
Greeting visitors, direct visitors to appropriate person or employer.
Determine, and confirm orders from different locations of merchants, arrange shipping, prepare bills, customs forms, invoices or other documents manually or by computer
Direct industrial trucks to transport materials to and from transportation vehicles and loading docks to store and retrieve materials in warehouse, and deliver to different locations
Responsible for the management and accounting of goods in and out of the warehouse
Responsible for purchasing plans for the head office
Responsible for preparing hiring process, include post advertisement, receive applications, and schedule interviews

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Must have at least 4 years of experience in administration or relative education background
Must have at least 2 years of experience in organizing the inventory of the warehouse
Must have experience in finance management, or relative education background
Must be fluent in oral and written English
Fluent in Chinese is a great asset as many of our suppliers and employees are Mandarin speakers
Must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills, human resource experience will be preferred
Must be able to clearly and concisely communicate with employees of the organization
Must be organized, able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Must have computer skills, be able to use word, excel and power points, and other office software
Experience in coffee shop or bubble tea shop, or relevant fast food restaurant will be preferred
Job Type: Full-time; 8 hour shift; Permanent

Position Available: Two to Three

Salary: $25.75/h
