2558698 Alberta Corp. is looking for an energetic and reliable individual for the position of Permanent, full-time Handyman/ woman to join their team as soon as possible.

Salary:                $22.00/hour

Job Location:     8500 Macleod Trail SE, Calgary, AB T2H 2N1

 

Main Duties:

·         Adjust and conduct minor upkeep on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and engage professionals for significant repairs.

·         Perform routine maintenance tasks like painting and repairing drywall.

·         Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, making minor purchases when necessary.

·         Assist in moving heavy items and may oversee other staff members.

·         Top of Form
·         Coordinate the preparation of housing units for new residents and ensure security and safety measures are upheld.

 

Requirements:

·         Experience will be considered as an asset.
