Overview

Cook assistant job responsibilities:

• Prepare food ingredients including but not limit to washing, cutting, chopping, peeling
• Make or heat simple food such as sandwiches, hot dogs, or salads.
• Refill drinks or coffees.
• Wash worktables, cupboards, and appliances.
• Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers.
• Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators and other storage areas.
• Other related duties as ordered.

Requirements:

Secondary school education; Valid driver’s license; Be able to work for at least one year; Hard-working and reliable; Long-standing work environment; Food handler certificate; 1-7 month experience. Basic English.

Job type: FT, 8 hours/ day, 4-6 days/week

Salary and benefit: 15.2/hour, CPP, EI, extended medical insurance
