519570 BC LTD. DBA Best Western Premier is looking for two energetic and reliable individuals for the position of Building Maintenance Workers (Handyman/Woman) to join their team as soon as possible.

 

Job Type:         Full time, Permanent

Salary:            $21.50/hour

Job Location: 1175 Rogers Way, Kamloops, BC V1S 1R5

 

Main Duties:

·         Make adjustments, and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.

·         Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.

·         Cut grass and tend grounds and plants.

·         Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and heavy debris.

·         May move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.

Requirements:

·         Completion of secondary school is required.

·         Minimum one year of maintenance experience is required.
