519570 BC LTD. DBA Best Western Premier is currently looking for 3 Full Time, Permanent Front Desk Clerks to join their team as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Register arriving guests and assign rooms

·         Maintain record of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.

·         Provide information on hotel facilities and services

·         Process guests’ departures, calculate charges and receive payments.

·         Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.

·         Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems


·         Completion of secondary school is required.

·         Completion of a two-year apprenticeship program, or a college program in front desk operations or hotel management will be an asset.

·         Relevant experience in industry will be an asset.


Salary:                    $17.00/ Hourly
