62nd Gas & Snack Ltd. Requires a Retail Sales Supervisor on a full-time, permanent basis to start asap in Surrey, BC.

 

Wage: Between $22.60 – 24.00 CAD/ Hour (based on experience)

Work location: 6221 King George Highway, Surrey, BC V3X 1G1

 

Job Requirements:

 

High School Education and minimum 6 months of previous retail sales experience in a similar field is required.
Previous Supervisory / Management experience would be an asset.
Good customer service, interpersonal and leadership skills are required.

Job Duties:

 

·         Supervise, co-ordinate and facilitate the working of Station Attendants;

·         Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules

·         Establish ways to meet the work schedule;

·         Authorize payments and the return of merchandise

·         Handle and solve customer complaints or workplace problems efficiently;

·         Set-up procedures and methods for a smooth flow of operations;

·         Manage the inventory and stocks used;

·         Maintain records of sales and merchandise;

·         Arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor report on performance;

·         Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness

·         Perform other tasks as per the need and in case of shortage of staff.
