Wage: $15.30 – $18.00 per hour (to be negotiated)

Benefit: 10 days paid vacation or 4% vacation fee remuneration

Hours of work: 30-40 hours per week

Job Duties:

– Prepare and cook completely for a variety of food such as Korean foods such as BBQ, Tempura, Bibimbab, Rolls, etc.

– Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes as directed by cooks.

– Prepare and make sauces for the meal on the menu.

– Oversee kitchen operations.

– Check and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

 

Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school is required.

and

Experience: Minimum 1~2 years of experience as a cook OR completion of college or other programs in cooking or food safety is required.
