Compensation: $21.63 per hour

Hours of Work: 30-40 hours per week

Vacant: 2

Benefits: 4% of gross salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation

Language: English

 

Duties:

–          Assign work schedules to staff and ensure smooth operation.

–          Keep track and purchase orders for beauty equipment, supplies and materials.

–          Hire staff and train staff accordingly to work manual

–          Check smooth operation of hair, esthetic, and laser equipment and arrange for maintenance

–          Monitor and maintain service quality

–          Keep track of supplies and inform stock for reordering

–          Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports

–          Receive and address clients’ concern and complaints

 

Requirements:

–          Education: Completion of Secondary school is required

–          Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor in any occupation

Or,

At least 1-2 years of experience in the hairstyling industry is required
