Job Summary:
We are seeking Cook to join our team in a fast-paced Asian restaurant environment. The Cook will prepare and complete meals or individual dishes and foods.

Responsibilities:

·              Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

·              Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies

·              Inspect kitchens and food service areas

·              Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food

·              Supervise kitchen staff and helpers

·              Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

·              Clean kitchen and work areas

Experience and Cuisine specialties preferred

·       Cantonese cuisine

·       Szechuan

·       Indonesian

·       Thai

·       Filipino cuisine

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16-$17 per hour

Benefits: Gratuities

Schedule: Evening shift, Monday to Friday, Night shift, Weekends as needed
