Overview

Audio Video Electronics & Appliances is located in Burnaby BC and is looking to hire a ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join their team as soon as possible.
Duties:
• Retains customer service records in an organized manner to ensure the company maintains a good relationship with all clients and to make sure all payments sent and received are all accounted for.
• Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information internally
and with other departments and organizations.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
• Assisting in maintaining budget and audit reports
• Prepare invoices, presentations, brochures, and related material from machine dictation and handwritten copy.
• Handle all financial transactions Inflow and outflow of money.
• Answer telephone and electronic inquiries and reply to telephone calls and messages.
• May compile data, statistics, and other information to support regular activities of the organization.
• Other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Education:
-Completion of secondary school education is required
-Completion one- or two-year college program for administrative assistants or secretaries
or
– 1 year of related experience
Experience: 1 year experience
Language: English
Salary: $25.00 hourly / 40 hours per Week
