Aurora Wonderland & Beck’s Kennels Tours is seeking TWO (2) Tour Guides for their Aurora Borealis and Sled Dog tours in Yellowknife.

 

Full-time, $20.50 per hour, bonus depend on performance, 30-40 hours per week.

 

Duties:

·        Escort individuals or groups on scheduled tours of the Aurora Borealis;

·        Escort individuals or groups on scheduled sled dog tours;

·        Describe the Aurora Borealis and sled dogs, answer questions, and provide information about points on the tours;

·        Provide historical and scientific facts about the phenomenon;

·        Offer additional attraction packages while on tour;

·        Ensure safety of all travellers on group tours

 

Requirements:

·        Secondary school completion;

·        Experience in Aurora viewing and sled dog tours are an asset;

·        Drivers License is an asset;

·        English language ability required.

·        Japanese language is an asset
