Key Accountabilities
The Seaside Shanty in Chester Basin is hiring a Line Cook. Must be a hardworking, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in being part of the hospitality industry and being a team player.
The ideal candidate should have kitchen and line cooking experience, basic knife skills, food handlers certification, reliable transportation, mandatory weekend and evening availability.

Responsibilities include:
· Opening and closing duties
· Line cooking/prep work
· Following recipes to Chef’s specifications
· Regular cleaning and maintaining of kitchen equipment
· Communication with Kitchen Manager
Schedule:
· 8 hour shift
· Day shift
· Evening shift
· Morning shift
· Weekends as needed
Role requirements
Education: High school diploma
Licensure: N/A
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience as a Line Cook or in other related positions required.
Hours: 32+ hours per week, please note depending on demand there are time when additional hours may be required.
Wage: $18.00-22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Benefits: Weekly cash tip sharing; On shift staff meals; and Employees have the option to sign up for a employee benefits package which is operated as a co-pay between the employee and the employer.
