JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Office Administrative Assistant  [13110]

 

MAIN DUTIES:

 

·       Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, and reports as instructed by management.

·       Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information      internally and with other departments.

·       Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings with the Management/Employer.

·       Order office supplies and maintain inventory

·       Answer telephone and emails and relay calls and messages.

·       Maintain computerized information filing systems

·       Greet visitors and direct them to the Employer or person of concern

·       Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

·       Completion of secondary school required

·       Completion of administrative assistant college program or previous experience is required

·       On-the-job training is provided.

·       Good Customer Service skills needed to build and maintain company and client relationships.

·       Reliable and profession conduct as a team player a must with strong organizational skills.
