Burdock & Co. is seeking a Cook to join their team.

Full-time; Permanent; $19.00 per hour; 30-40 hours per week. Bonus available based on sales performance.

Standard 6-8 hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 3pm and 11pm as required.

Duties:

– Cook everything on the menu;
– Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness;
– Supervise all food preparation;
– Provide training to new kitchen staff on matters of hygiene and other matters.

Requirements:

– Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience as a commercial cook;
– Secondary school completion preferred;
– English language ability required.
