Benefits: 10 days paid vacation OR 4% vacation fee renumeration

 

 

Job Duties

 

– Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.

– Compile date, statistics and other information.

– Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.

– Answer electronic enquiries.

– Order office supplies and maintain inventory.

– Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

– Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information.

 

Job Requirements

 

-Experience :            Completion of a one or two-year college or other programs in

administrative assistants

OR

The equal amount of previous clerical experience is required.

 

-Education :   Completion of secondary school is required.

-Language :   Functional English language is required for this position.
