Overview

JOB DUTIES:
• Supervise and Co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food;
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation & safety procedures;
• Prepare and submit reports;
• Supervise and check assembly of trays;
• Supervise and check delivery of foods;
• Prepare budget and cost estimates;
• Address customer’s complaints or concerns;
• Establish methods to meet work schedules;
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies;
• Ensure food service and quality control; and
• Maintain records of stocks, repairs, sales and wastage.

SKILLS: Ability to work in fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, excellent customer service skills, ability to supervise people.

EDUCATION: Secondary School education is required;

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : 1-2 years of work experience is required;

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent, Full-time

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT: English

NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 2

WAGE RATE: $15.00 per hour
